Anker Soundcore P41i Earbuds Launch with Power Bank Charging Case

Anker’s Soundcore brand has released the new Soundcore P41i wireless earbuds, notable for their charging case which features a large battery capacity and acts as a portable power source. Launched initially in the UK, these earbuds offer extended listening times and the ability to partially charge a smartphone.

Key Features of the Soundcore P41i

The Soundcore P41i earbuds differentiate themselves with a multi-functional charging case alongside solid audio features.

Charging Case: The Main Highlight

The most distinctive element is the P41i’s charging case, equipped with a significant 3,000mAh battery. This capacity far exceeds typical earbud cases, such as the AirPods Pro 2 case which holds 523mAh. This large battery allows the case to power the earbuds for exceptionally long periods and also function as a power bank for other devices.

The case includes a built-in USB-C cable, which serves both for charging the case itself and as a connection for outputting power. An included Lightning adapter broadens compatibility, allowing users to top up older iPhone or iPad models. Anker estimates the 3,000mAh capacity can provide about a 50 percent charge to an iPhone 16 Pro or 45 percent to a Samsung Galaxy S24.

Adding to its utility, the charging case features a status screen. This display shows the remaining battery level of the case as well as the charge status of each individual earbud when they are inside.

Earbud Performance and Specs

The earbuds themselves offer substantial battery life, rated for up to 12 hours of playback on a single charge with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) turned off. When combined with the charging case, the total listening time can reach up to 192 hours. This extended battery life makes the P41i a practical option for travel or users who frequently forget to charge.

For audio quality, the earbuds are equipped with 11mm composite drivers. Soundcore’s optional BassUp technology can be engaged for users preferring enhanced low-frequency sound.

The P41i features adaptive ANC, utilizing six microphones to adjust noise cancellation based on the surrounding environment. Users can fine-tune the intensity of the noise cancellation via the Soundcore app. For voice calls, AI noise reduction technology works to minimize background distractions. The earbuds hold an IPX5 water resistance rating, providing protection against splashes and sweat, though they are not designed for submersion.

Price and Availability

The Anker Soundcore P41i wireless earbuds are currently available for purchase in the UK through Soundcore’s online store. They are priced at £89.99, which is approximately $121 USD. While not yet listed on the US Soundcore website, previous models in this product line have typically seen a wider global release. Potential buyers outside the UK should monitor Soundcore’s announcements for availability in other regions.
