London, Ontario police are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying suspects connected to two separate major incidents: a series of pharmacy thefts resulting in nearly $60,000 in stolen goods and a violent carjacking on Richmond Row. Both investigations are ongoing, with police seeking information to locate those responsible.

Police Investigate Multiple Pharmacy Thefts Totaling $58,000
London police are seeking two individuals in connection with thefts from multiple pharmacies that occurred on May 25, 2024. The incidents involved the theft of skin care products and fragrances with a total estimated value of $58,000.
The first theft occurred between 5:45 p.m. and 5:55 p.m. at a pharmacy located in the 1000 block of Wonderland Road, near Southdale Road. Police reported that four individuals – two men and two women – entered the store and stole skin care products and fragrances.
Approximately one hour later, the same group reportedly targeted a second pharmacy in the 600 block of Commissioners Road, west of Wellington Road, stealing perfumes.
Around 30 minutes after the second incident, a third pharmacy was reportedly targeted, resulting in the theft of more fragrances. Police noted that in each case, one suspect was involved in stealing the items while the others allegedly distracted staff members.
Investigators believe there may be a connection between these incidents and similar thefts that have occurred outside the city of London.
Man Assaulted in Richmond Row Carjacking Incident
London police are also requesting public assistance in identifying six individuals believed to be involved in an assault and carjacking on Richmond Row during the early morning hours of May 11, 2024.
According to police, a man had parked his vehicle on Richmond Street, in the area between Piccadilly Street and Central Avenue, and entered a nearby business around 3:00 a.m. When he left the business shortly before 4:00 a.m., he was reportedly assaulted by a woman.
As the victim attempted to leave the area, he was allegedly followed and attacked by four additional women. He attempted to escape but was assaulted again in the middle of Richmond Street.
Shortly after 4:00 a.m., the victim returned to his vehicle where he was confronted by one of the women involved in the previous assaults and an unknown man. Police state that the pair pulled him from the car and, along with another woman, assaulted him outside the vehicle.

One of the women subsequently drove away in the victim’s vehicle. The victim sustained minor injuries during the incident. The stolen vehicle was later located the following day on Bedford Road, situated northeast of Oxford and Adelaide streets.
Police have released photographs of five individuals – four women and one man – they wish to identify in connection with the carjacking.
